I’m very sorry to learn what had happened.

可不可以進一步告訴我們是什麼樣的 installation error 呢？如果是在安裝時期發生的錯誤，就有點詭異了。

如果是裝完之後無法正常使用，那就需要進一步的資訊。

試著把libraray與user/library下的Openvanilla都備份回去之後，0.7.2 beta終於可以工作了。

問題既然解決，就暫時不升級了。為甚麼安裝0.7.2 與 0.7.2 beta都會失敗？費解。

還是很感謝你們的辛勞。沒有OpenVanilla我就不可能使用Mac了，因為我是用許氏鍵盤的，目前只有你們支援。

0.7.2 worked seamlessly — and OVWin32 also worked happily on the Enlish WinXP Pro running inside Parallels (much better than the Global IME stuff).

Now that I’ve become a full-time OpenVanilla user, I gladly donated USD$128 via PayPal. Keep up the good work! :-)

a terrible thing happened. I experience always installation errors (I have tried over 10 times), so I can’t use 0.7.2. But when I want to go back to 0.7.2 beta, the situation is the same. So I have to write in english now ….

I have tried to copy the Openvanilla (0.7.2 beta) directory from another Mac (both are mac mini with 10.4.6), but it won’t work.

I have also followed the procedure to clean Openvanilla before each Installation.

do you have any idea what is still left to try? What can possibly be the problem?
